Parents usually turn to three options: buying new, second‑hand marketplaces, or hand‑me‑downs. Buying new is expensive and wasteful, marketplaces can be inconsistent in quality and involve the hassle of messaging sellers, and hand‑me‑downs though sustainable often don’t match your style or are only suited for messy play. Little Renters Preloved brings the best of all worlds together: sustainable, affordable, high‑quality clothes that are carefully curated for condition and style, delivering convenience with none of the stress, just beautiful outfits ready for your little one’s everyday adventures.

We ship all orders Australia‑wide from our Melbourne warehouse, Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch, or up to 5 business days during busy sale periods. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Because we sell preloved items, we’re unable to accept returns in the same way traditional retailers do. Each piece in our collection is unique, carefully inspected, and described so you know exactly what you’re receiving.

Our clothes can have the following condition labels:

• New: Brand-new clothes that have never been worn.
• Gently worn: Clothes in excellent/ very good used condition. Expect some light wear, possible colour fade, and discreet, barely-there marks or repairs. No major flaws.
• Well loved: Clothes with minor imperfections, such as faint marks, slight bobbling, or light fading, but still in great shape.
